I’m a learning designer and consultant with over 17 years’ experience designing and delivering learning across a range of industries.
I specialise in digital learning and I’m a Certified Digital Learning Professional (CDLP).
My approach to learning
It’s easy to feel like you’re being pulled in different directions all at once, and learning often adds to that, with more content, more noise, and more to take in.
I believe learning should do the opposite.
It should simplify, focus attention on what’s relevant, and help people move forward with clarity in what they’re doing, so they can act with confidence.
My focus is on creating learning that cuts through unnecessary complexity and gives people something they can actually use.

My experience spans pharmaceutical, technology, finance, hospitality, healthcare, and telecommunications environments.
I’ve worked in both in-house and consulting roles, shaping learning strategy, leading design work, and delivering hands-on across projects.
I now work independently, partnering with organisations to deliver focused, high-impact learning.

I like to work closely with clients to shape the right solution, rather than just delivering against a fixed brief.
That means asking questions, challenging where needed, and focusing on what will genuinely make a difference.
I’m comfortable working end-to-end, from shaping the approach through to design, development, and implementation, and I aim to keep things clear, structured, and practical throughout.
